Bazaarvoice, an Austin-based software company received the Eureka Software Solution Award for its Ask & Answer™ technology. The Ask & Answer service posts and responds to specific questions asked by potential customers to their peers about products and services. This feature is placed directly alongside standard product information. Eureka CEO and Founder Monty Myers presented the award to Bazaarvoice.  
The event, done in partnership with the Austin Business Journal, took place Nov. 29 at the Sheraton in downtown Austin. Other winners included: Monebo Technologies, Spiceworks Inc., Sailpoint Technologies, Alereon Inc., Freescale Semiconductors, The University of Texas (The Winstead Award) and Skyonic (Time Warner Business Class Award).
